Accounting assistant
Job Description:
Under the supervision of general management, you will be called upon to:
- Prepare payroll
- Report withholding taxes
- Carry out bookkeeping
- Classify accounting documents
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Report taxes
- Cash flow management
- Track accounts payable and make payments
- Monitoring customer accounts and recovering accounts
- Participate in the creation of budgets and monitoring of them
- Prepare interim financial statements
- Prepare documents for the end of the financial year
- Other related tasks
Essential skills:
- Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and versatility
- 2-5 years of experience (an asset)
- Knowledge of QBO software (an asset)
