Accounting assistant

Job Description:

Under the supervision of general management, you will be called upon to:

  • Prepare payroll
  • Report withholding taxes
  • Carry out bookkeeping
  • Classify accounting documents
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Report taxes
  • Cash flow management
  • Track accounts payable and make payments
  • Monitoring customer accounts and recovering accounts
  • Participate in the creation of budgets and monitoring of them
  • Prepare interim financial statements
  • Prepare documents for the end of the financial year
  • Other related tasks

Essential skills:

  • Rigor, autonomy, proactivity and versatility
  • 2-5 years of experience (an asset)
  • Knowledge of QBO software (an asset)
