Benefits:

Hemp oil contains antioxidants and offers numerous health benefits. It is known for its properties in combating bad cholesterol, and improving brain and nervous system function.

A balanced diet includes 28% to 38% lipids per day, equivalent to a daily intake of 2250 calories. Ideally, a healthy diet includes a variety of vegetable oil sources.

Usage:

Hemp oil is a wonderful substitute for olive oil with a more neutral taste. It can be used raw or for cooking. Use it to season vegetables, dressings, pasta, fish, and meats. It pairs wonderfully with potatoes. It's the perfect base ingredient for an exceptionally flavored mayonnaise!

Storage:

When unopened, the bottle can be stored at room temperature, away from light, for up to 12 months. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.

Grade B:

Grade B hemp oil is not intended for human consumption but has many uses: for body care, adding to your pet's diet, or for wood finishing.

Hemp oil helps the skin regenerate and produce collagen. It is dry and non-comedogenic, leaving no greasy residue on the skin, making it perfect for facial care. Additionally, its rich composition of vitamins, particularly vitamin E, a natural antioxidant, makes this oil a wonderful anti-aging remedy. It is a very good source of omega 3 and 6 and essential fatty acids, restoring skin elasticity by renewing the hydrolipidic film. It also helps balance hydration and soothes irritations and redness.
