INGREDIENTS
1/2 c. peanut butter or almond butter of your choice
1/4 cup. honey
1 t. large flakes of quick cooking oats
1 t. of organic shelled hemp seeds TournevenT
1/2 c. ground TournevenT organic flax seeds
PREPARATION
1. Mix peanut butter and honey in a medium bowl until blended. Incorporate the rest of the ingredients.
2. Refrigerate 30 min.
3. Shape dough into 20 1-inch balls, using about 2 tbsp. tablespoon of the mixture for each.
VARIANTS
Add dried fruit or your favorite nuts for maximum flavor and nutrients.
