Organic camelina oil and garlic marinade

INGREDIENTS

500 g of organic Quebec pork

3 tablespoons of TournevenT unrefined organic camelina oil

3 cloves of TournevenT organic garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

 

PREPARATION

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth marinade.

2. Cut your pork into cubes and place them in a resealable plastic bag.

3. Pour the marinade over the pork, seal the bag, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours (or overnight for more flavour!).

4. Skewer the pork cubes and grill them on the BBQ until the meat is well cooked.
