INGREDIENTS
4 TournevenT whole organic garlic bulbs
TournevenT unrefined organic camelina oil (about 1/4 cup)
Fleur de sel
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cut the top off the garlic bulbs to expose all the cloves.
3. Place the garlic in an oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet. Drizzle with camelina oil and add a pinch of fleur de sel. Bake until the garlic cloves are very tender, about 1 hour.
4. To serve, gently press the garlic heads, and the cooked cloves will easily come out.
VARIATIONS
Roasted garlic has a sweet and tender taste. Easy to prepare, garlic confit can be used in many ways: on pizza, on bread crostini as a spread, or even in a cheese dip. Enjoy!
