Smoothie aux framboises et graines de chanvre

Raspberry and hemp seed smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (125 ml) raspberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup (125 ml) milk

1/2 cup (125 ml) yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, as preferred

TournevenT organic hemp seeds

Ice cubes, as desired

 

 

PREPARATION

1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.

2. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds, or until all ingredients are pureed.

3. Pour into a large glass. Sprinkle with shelled hemp seeds. Decorate as desired.

 

HEALTHY OPTION

Add Tournevent shelled hemp seeds or ground flax seeds to the smoothie preparation.
