INGREDIENTS
½ ripe banana
1 small carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
¾ to 1 cup of milk of your choice
1 C. of shelled TournevenT hemp seeds
1 C. 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
¼ tsp. teaspoon ground turmeric
1/8 tsp. teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 handful of kale or spinach
Maple syrup to taste
PREPARATION
1. Incorporate all ingredients in a blender.
2. Gradually add milk, until desired consistency.
3. Garnish with shelled hemp seeds. Taste.
