Cooking workshops with Dominique
Culinary Workshops at the Oil Maker’s ÉCONOMUSÉE®
Cook, taste, and learn with Dominique Tremblay
Ferme Tournevent is proud to partner with Dominique Tremblay, founder of Camerise Mistouk, to offer a series of culinary demonstrations featuring our organic cold-pressed oils and several other local Quebec products.
In a friendly and accessible format, Dominique will share his recipes, tips, and expertise through various inspiring culinary themes.
Each session is an opportunity to discover new ways to incorporate Tournevent products into your daily cooking. Participants will also have the chance to taste the recipes prepared on-site and take home a few cooked portions to extend the experience at home.
Special attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients used, their local origin, as well as their nutritional value. True to the philosophy of Ferme Tournevent and Dominique Tremblay, each demonstration will feature healthy, tasty, and accessible cooking, with several recipes highlighting vegetarian and gluten-free options, without ever compromising on the pleasure of eating well.
