Workshop 1: Become an apprentice oil master

We offer a taste-testing game to discover the flavours of local oils. The class begins with an introduction to the sensory analysis of cold-pressed organic virgin oils. Specifically, we will help you refine your ability to recognize the different attributes of oils, equipping you to better choose oils based on your personal tastes and culinary preferences. By the end of this experience, you will never cook with oils the same way again.
