Our pumpkin seeds (Styriaca variety) come from Ferme de l’Odyssée, which practices regenerative agriculture, and are carefully sorted and cleaned at our screening center at Ferme Tournevent. This Grade A product offers a tender, flavorful, and very versatile seed — ideal for baking, gourmet cooking, or as a healthy snack.
